UTTERLY PATHETIC SERVICE

I can't begin to describe how poor the service has been with our business banking with FNB !!!!!!!! GIRLEY KHOZA - Is NEVER AT WORK FIRSTLY !!! from the 8th of November 2021 there is no response from her, call her branch she is never at work !!!!!! what do we have to do to get FNB to assist us ???????????????? Does anyone else work in business management for business accounts ? because the rest of the team at FNB does not know who to escalate to or what to do ???? This is concerning, BIG MISTAKE doing business banking with FNB !
