Utterly irritated

About 10days ago I wrote a complain, which I will not spend my time retyping again. They gave me ref number ***NF. Now a consultant by the name Oratile Mosadi contacted me back regarding my complain. Only today she writes back her findings to my complain and does not have the audesity to give me back her email address so that I can respond to the nonsense she wrote to me. Which clearing indicates how low the level of Fnb's customer care. Can I have an email address for this Oratile Mosadi so I can respond !
