Utterly frustrated with FNB

I moved to the UK just over a month ago. I have been using my FNB credit card here until I set up a UK bank account. 4 weeks ago, I reported 4 incidents of suspected ***** on my credit card to FNB via email, as calling internationally is very expensive. And when I did try call the ***** line, I was put on hold for ages which used up my credit. FNB were very slow to respond to my emails (yes, multiple) and even when they did respond, no action seemed to be taken into investigating my claims. I had to follow up with FNB, as no one kept me in the loop as to what was happening. Only once did I actually get a response from an individual, the other emails were from the FNB crdit card department. Each time I emailed them, it seemed as if I was speaking to a different person and had to rexplain the situation. Another 2 incidents of suspected ***** occured, bringing it to a total of 6 incidents on my card. The last 2 could have been prevented if FNB had responded swiftly to my inital claim.

I gave consent twice over email for my credit card to be cancelled, but this didn't acutally happen until I wrote to FNB on Facebook, and an individual rep**** to me within a few hours, saying they would action this and follow up on my ***** claims. Today without any correspondence from FNB, I realised that they have cancelled my card, but have not sent me any confirmation of this, and have still not responded to my ***** claims! I need FNB to investigate the *****, but I don't know where else to turn or who to speak to now.
