Utterly Dissapointed!!

Iam not happy at all as today my mom got a letter stating a claim against the state of her and my late father's house.

Firstly my dad

had a life cover for the house which initially paid off his house and all his debts at FNB when he passed, and there was some money left after it paid off the house what happened to it?

Today we get a letter talking about the temporal loan outstanding, how can it outstanding when there was money left from the insurance that paid out his life cover, it all doesn't make sense to us right now.
