Utterly disgusted with poor service

I did a deposit on 7.04.16. The atm gave me an error and did not return my funds. I was at the branch first thing the next morning and see a very unpleasant face who says i must fil the form and wait 48 hours. I refusedto accept. She then took me to the service and sales manager who was e even more unprofessional and said he will hand it over but doesn't know when i will get feedback. It was such a disappointment.
