UTTERLY DISGUSTED!

My credit card was ****** approx. a month ago. Early ***** dept contacted me because of suspicious activity on my Creditcard and i told them to cancel it!. whoever stole it managed to still purchase goods dispite my card beign cancelled. I was told i was liable because banking date and cancel date were different...but there was no money in my credit card! They finally admitted i was correct and i was refunded . but my credit card accoutn is frozen and i'm not able to access it. I have about R1500 of my own cash in there and i cant access it. Its been over a month and the investigation is stil ongoin!! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!! SORT YOURSELF OUT FNB because if this isnt addressed and resolved IMMEDIATELY i will lodge a complaint with the industry ombutsman and also take this matter to a certain radio show which airs complaints about consumers being taken advantage of. i will make all email and written correspondance available!
