01 Aug 2022, 20:04Good day. From last week my account is still not fixed may I remind FNB about the TCF principle and also I now have an overdraft that I never app**** for which I need to pay back ? Is that not reckless lending ? I am going to report these issues to the Ombuds since I have been waiting for my issue to be attended and nothing till thus far
