Utterly Disgusted

This seems to be a regular thing for FNB to mess with peoples payment profile and accounts. My husband took out 2 cell phone contracts with FNB. Lately theres been deductions for an FNB Connect? as a result some of his debit orders are returned unpaid. Yesterday we visited we visited the FNB in kimberley and they called the FNB connect call center.. According to the consultant FNB charges me for running out of airtime/data? Irrespective of the fact that i top up my data. I have never received any data from FNB yet they deduct these ridiculous amounts. In November my husband cancelled our sons sim cards,, and guess what? they only got cancelled in January?? I dont know what right FNB has to deduct monies that were never authorised? Quiet frankly im tired of writing these reviews on Hello Peter because clearly FNB has no respect for their clients!!! First of all - we request that you refund us all monies that you have deducted from my husbands accounts for an FNB connect account that was never authorised, let alone data that wqas never loaded. Secondly - Kindly rectify my husbands payment profile that has been affected negatively as a result of this!! This is plain wrong!!! I will also refer the matter to the Ombudsman!!! This is wrong

Today we received a call from Hloni Molefe. According to Mr Molefe, FNB bills me for running out of data because its an open network. First of all, At no point did FNB load data for me, secondly i always top up my own data, sms bundles and voice bundles. I requested that he send me proof that they have been loading the "said" data and he said he will send me a billing statement??? I do not need a billing statement,, I need proof that data has been loaded. I can provide proof of recharge for every occasion that i ran out of data. If its an open line, how come that i was never able to access the internet after i ran out of data that i bought??? I need three things from FNB that i have the right to: 1. The contract that we signed authorizing them to deduct money from my husbands account 2. A signed contract i took out with FNB Connect 3. Proof of data, bundles or what ever they have been allegedly loading. Not an invoice.. Proof I have decided to refer the matter to the banking ombudsman because clearly FNB has no intention of resolving the matter. Regards,
