Utterly disgraceful poor service resulting in unfair loss of finances

Poor and delayed service is what I experience with FNB. I follow the proper process to resolve my issue and in many cases it's never resolved. I was duped into upgrading my account and the fees are placing me into poverty and I am now unable to afford food due to this and also unabl3 to reverse transactions which were not authorized by me using a debit card. Leaving me being *****ed out of money from merchants using card devices.
