Utterly disappointed with FNB

I have made an arrangement with you/yourselves to debit money from my account to pay towards my personal loan account. Using my current banking details however I am told the payments are not reflecting to show that I have been paying and my credit rating still sucks. This is not fair as it’s been a year paying towards this Loan. My ID no: ***.

I need this sorted out ASAP.
