Utterly disappointed in FNB

I've been asking FNB to please help me reduce my monthly payment on my credit card for the past month and a half. So I've decided I'm just going to pay what I can afford. I belong to this bank for the past 23 years and just recently their service is beyond poor. They advertise How can we help you. Please start living up to your slogan. I as a customer is willing to pay off my debt but they absolutely not interested in helping you. I'm not going to run away. I just need ****** help. The cost of living as shoot through the roof. So help us that are still willing to do the honourable thing.
