Utterly disappointed by FNB's lack of security

My past weekend was shambolic after I lost my card and someone spent 2000 swiping for items via Shein. I was under the impression that FNB was a secure bank. How on earth you don't have systems in place to prevent *****? Even for unsecure traders! For starters I was never told to reduce my online purchases to zero to avoid such things from happening, because I genuinely thought this bank is safe! I even moved my money to my capitec account because I just can't trust FNB at this stage. I logged a call for ***** and my reference is ***. I just need assurance that I will get my money back, I thought his bank was innovative!
