Utterly disappointed

Debit orders for pay day (15th) already taken off on the 6th and 7th. After taking it up with them it continued. Living is difficult for people these days and I begged them to please reverse the debit order and debit my account as per norm on the 15th bu nothing has been done. I did not give permission for them to debit earlier which in my eyes are *******.
