Utter waste and useless.

I am back here again since I got no joy the first time. I am still waiting for fnb to unlock my account. Been a few months now. Running around between calls and bank branches trying to get my account unlocked. Been promised the account will be unlocked and still has not been unlocked. In trying times like these I could really do with that money but no they don't care. They just enjoy making interest of it every month and charging fees while I must sit and make plans for all my Bill's. At this point I would honeslty just pay soemone to make a plan to get my money out. Had an issue with standard bank sort out in 10minutes. What a bliss. Now I know shy I moved away.
