UTTER STUPIDITY

I was trying to use the eBucks on my business account to pay the bank charges To my utter surprise I was told that because there are 2 signatories on the account it cannot be done I could not get an explanation why it is not allowed both from the chat line and from the Greenpoint branch in Cape Town!!!!! IS THERE ANYBODY WHO COULD EXPLAIN THIS TO ME ????? HOW IS POSSIBLE THAT CANNOT GET HELP AT A BRANCH
