Utter incompetence and lack of service at FNB Thohoyandou branch.
FNB Thoho yandou branch (Casino Blvd, Thohoyandou-F, Thohoyandou, 0950) has refused my assistant to see a Branch manager after a failed attemp of depositing money at the branch ATM. Money was inserted into the ATM after that an out os service message appeared and the money was not returned. My assistant was told to come back after 7 days of which the bank teller claims that ATMs are only opened once a week. since i do not have any other recourse to get my so needed small business cash what am i now suppose to do?
This is not acceptable!!!!!
