Utter BS bank

I requested for all my policies to be cancelled yet im still getting debit orders. Now my account is overdrawn due to that. I cant believe the level of incompetence in this company ever since i joined them. I am paying a monthly fee but I have no idea where that goes if I am still charged for transacting. I requested for a downgrade and no one has bothered to contact me. I need my account to be on a positive today and all fees waved. I need my account downgraded with no monthly fee because seemingly FNB is taking me for a ride
