Usual **** service from FNB

Done an EFT to a friend @ Nedbank, only to find out the day after that the Nedbank account has been closed because of an "alleged *****". So I tried to get my money back as my friend did not get any money and the money on my account was of course used in the EFT. So where actually is my money? Suspense account? Where? Gone to this branch and I was given reference number *** , but 2 weeks later the money is not back or in my friend account. Called FNB both on the phone and on the app, but the useless people cannot distinguish a dog from a cat. Stay away from FNB the useless bank. Probably I will get from them another reference number but I am still without my flipping money!
