USLESS ONLINE HELP WITH NOWHERE TO GO

I have been trying to get an answer from FNB for over a week. Today I called and I have been put through to 7 different departments and NO ONE CAN HELP ME and keep passing me on to another division. USELESS!

When I spoke to someone early this week they said they were going to do an investigation .... I called days later and another Consultant tells me another story opposite to what the other lady told me, NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON in FNB.
