Using technology is VERY deficult for FNB!

So FNB took +- 3 weeks to move my incontact emails to my new email address. Please remember I went on there site and changed my email address on FNB's web site. Today I bought some data for my FNB sim and those emails still go to my old email address! How technology *********** can FNB become! I am now for the first time really contemplating leaving FNB!
