Using inaccurate and dysfuntional database for authentication questions

For authentication FNB lets you put in your ID, last 6 digits of your bank card and the ATM pin number. If that's not enough, they then ask you some authentication questions which are drawn from a database that is incomplete and simply wrong!

It is impossible to answer these questions correctly, no matter what.

Clearly whoever decided to employ this system did not do their homework. This is indicative of the quality of management currently at FNB.

We have many businesses in the group and I have vowed to close all our FNB accounts and move to a bank that is not third world and that does not waste our time.
