Useless,disrespfull and undermine individual clients who get milked monthly for service fees of more than R400 for useless unprofessional service people with more preference are bussines people, the only lady who was helpful in this private banker depar

FNB dont take individual client seriously but focus most on bussiness client 1.I previously app**** for home loan with FNB and get declined ,but got approved with other banks 2.i have been receiving my salary for more than 15 years with FNB but never got a loan i.e temp loan ,overdraft ,credit card or any financial assistance in need in short but with banks like nedbank etc etc i can get those help when required, today from around 8:38am on the 06 dec 2021 on the number *** after failing to get respond on 087 number spoke with and 9 am been talking to private bankers for financial injection with no success i,e i requested a mere R5000 overdraft or temp loan for emergency situation instead i got told by Heinrich that someone will call me to assist till 13:19 pm and worse iam a private client with private bankers , my private bankers never returned my calls instead from 15:24 pm my calls were ignored i kept calling and later around 15:44pm i got sms told his in a meeting will call me shortly which is not truth and never as i was told by Heinricch from private bankers that k****tso will contact me to assist she was in ameeting but never happened , i kept on calling *** and ***.... till got answered at around 15:34pm the lady just transfered me to listing music for 16 min 30 sec on phone without beeing told where my call is beeing trasfered to is very very annoyinng ,disrespectfull to clent who get charged more than R400 every month for such useless and unprofessional service rendered iam so frustrated and irritated need individuals to be called in order
