Useless web site

Message: I tried to contact FNB via their web site. I filled in all the info and found that there was nowhere to click to send it. I then found there are no email addresses on the FNB web site, not even a telephone number. I am now not so sure I want to bring my R200 000 turnover business to FNB. I want to leave Standard Bank after 40 years, because they help SARS to de***** me. I have been told that FNB does not allow anyone to de***** their customers, but it is no use trying to deal with a bank which has a useless web site. FNB, if you want my business, send someone to see me.

I see no mention of the nature of my complaint. The reply above appears to be a generic computer generated reply. I wonder if anyone has even read my complaint.
