USELESS WARRANTY

Very disappointed with the outcomes with First warranty. I took my car in yo Mercedes Benz and a claim registered with First was not smooth. We waited for authorization that we got the following day of claim.Worse was the amount they could only pay from the quotation itself.The product is worthless and not the way the marketed it to me.Useless and not open enough with client about little things they hold you responsible for. Upon inquiry,only then they explained the options.
