If I could give minus stars I would.

My complaint goes way back! But This is the now final nail in this coffin. Once I move my salary over to my tymebank account fnb can kiss me goodbye!

I sent a complaint like I usually do to rb jacobs only to get a snotty “did you contact the debt review centre? And you can get off debt review now” when it’s got **** all to do with my complaint!!

Firstly had they read my complaint properly they’d know I already brought my credit report to fnbs attention and was told they’d fix it, they didn’t!!!! I can’t upgrade my phone because of these useless ****ers saying I’ve got missed payments on my credit record when that’s not true!!! I have paid the agreed amount!!!!!! Every ****ing month!

So now I’m complaining and instead of trying to resolve the issue I’m asked dumb questions and told I can get off debt review now which fyi can take months especially when fnb takes weeks to respond to my request for paid up letters because they can’t communicate in that bank properly. Being on debt review isn’t why I can’t upgrade dumbasses!! It’s because I have missed payments!!! Which is the point of my complaint!!! Like why can’t the people working for this bank ****ing read???

So I’ve had it! I’m gone! Youve lost me forever!
