Useless, useless, useless

I have a policy with law on call and I've submitted a claim on a matter months ago and still no feedback. Everytime I call they cannot hear me and then I get transferred from one agent to another. Also no feedback from emails sent. The one agent I spoke to literally got irritated with me and transferred me without even informing me. I've had it with their ****ty service. Fnb just does not give a damn anymore now that their staff is working from home....it is pathectic to say the least
