Useless useless service from MyBranch Desk

I requested a bank closure. Nothing happend prior to me leaving a complaint on HelloPeter. After this complaint I was immediately sent an email requesting a signed ID (13March). I reverted with the attached document promptly (13March) and asked if I should clear out my accounts or leave the monthly account fee. I followed up on 15Mach. 18March I received a response form Nomthandazo at MyBrach Desk that I should clear out my account for the closure. I did exactly that. No I received my monthly statement indicating that I have the monthly fee in my overdraft!! Why is it so difficult to interact with you? Why does your Secure Chat app not work? Close my bank account now!
