Useless trash of a bank FNB!!!!!

Truly disgusting service from this bank, i was recommended by my friend to use this bank for business, i tried opening an account sent all documents for my business and guess what no reply, i have been receving R30 000 - R50 000 in revenue in my personal name and now want a business account but what do you get from this bank useless service. I phoned the call centre 5 times why is my account still not open, always excuses or the best yet the call constantly drops. So pathetic something so simple they cant get right. A real trash of a bank no standards left!!!!!!
