Useless, Top 5 Bankers gone to POT
I was handed over by FNB after they received PMT of R8K the balance remains of R9k, the handover amount is R22k and the PMT was made in the month of January, handed over in January 2019. The second PMT was scheduled to be received end of February and since that date I have been battling because of the handover, this all when I had Debt insurance cover for unemployment which FNB is just ignoring!!! People DO NOT WANT TO be unemployed and not able to survive, thats why they take out the insurance, FNB send you from pillar to post, from Bank to various departments and not 1 is able to assist', They assume to be labour brokers and decline you on the basis you were teminated, regardless of situation,,,, the SMALL print on their insurance DOES NOT specify YOU HAVE to go to CCMA....
I do not have time to talk to all the relevant departments, I have explained this to the lady who called....... I have been from pillar to post with all the relevant departments.
DO NOT PUT an normal call centre agent on this matter....Escalate it
