USELESS SUPPORT

I am trying to find out something about a BUSINESS TRANSACTION, using my Google Chrome Web browser. So your broken secure chat facility tells me the Chrome Browser is not verified, and I need to login to my Mobile App to Verify it. Which I did. Then I got transferred to a Business Consultant who tells me I need to make a purchase of R300 to a non FNB account, and my browser will be verified after 7 days!!! What a pathetic answer is that?? Why do you want to ****** clients like this??

Funnily enough, I use the same Chrome Browser a few times a week to make various payments.
