Useless stupid help line

Here we go again!!!!! Went to kitchenuque in woodmead Even though transaction went through on my side the shop refused to allow me to take goods Phoned useless fnb and after playing games with millions of pre recorded messages i got no help and was cut off What's the point of phoning if FNB wont help So now I'm out of pocket and no help from FNB I hate fnb so much worst bank on the planet
