Useless staff - secure chat

Pathetic service from your secure chat department.

I'm unable to load my new credit and debit card details with various merchants, when loading my banking details I'm informed to approve it on my banking app which I'm doing but it's not updating with the merchants.

And still your staff want to inform me that the problem is with the merchants. Your secure chat department is a disgrace, please employee people that want to assist.

My query is still not resolved what I waste of time. Discovery Bank sounds like a really good option now
