USELESS STAFF AND SERVICE AT EAST RAND MALL BRAND

THE SERVICE AT THE EAST RAND MALL BRANCH IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!! Waited 2 and a half hours last week to receive a card, which was never ordered after explaining to the lady we needed 2 different cards. Received an sms to say we can come pick up cards. Been waiting here for another 2 and a half hours!!!!!!!! Just to realise the cards are still not here. Service in this place is up to S**T!!!!!!!!! No one has answers everyone here is just too okay with how pathetic their working environment is and how many unhappy customers there are! ABSOLUTELY F USELESS!!!
