Useless Shares Department

It seems like the only way to get a response out of FNB’s shares department, is to complain about them on here! So here it goes…

Once again, FNB’s shares department is useless! Wrote a review 2 weeks ago, complaining about how my funds disappeared from my tax free shares account and about the lack of communication from their side, got some response from them, saying that they tried calling me (no calls received) and that the funds were transferred to my agent. I emailed them asking for a proof of transfer, as the agent has yet to receive the funds. What did I get? No response! My agent is trying to get hold of them, but now they say that they can only speak to me. When are you going to speak to me?? I’ve been trying to get information out of you for a long time! I’ve lost out on 2 months of the use of the money. Where has the money gone?? I want a proof of transfer! I want an explanation as to where this money has just disappeared to! If I don’t get this sorted soon, I’m going to the ombudsman!
