Useless *********** services

Useless FNB, how many times must I call them and ask them to STOP debiting my loans early as I get paid last day of the month. But I think for their damn convenience they keep inconveniencing me badly. When I call, they only know we do apologize but we cannot reverse it blah blah blah. Please get competent people
