Useless service over and over, don't ask me again not to close my accounts with you

Dear FNB.

You asked nicely that we don't move our personal and company accounts, but when we needed service you give us **** service, specially Lawrence ( he is either *********** or lazy) he can choose when you go and ask him why is he supplying such poor service.

You have a ussd code that not all contract phones can use, then you call the number supp**** by you, then it doesn't work, then you call another number, then they just cut you off on the dot 5pm, so I have waste how much of my contract airtime just to be treated like **** and my problem still not sorted out.
