Useless Service From FNB Connect

Hi, i have 2 FNB connect sim cards, i have been having problems with the debit order on these accounts from the time i have opened this thing. i have requested to have the debit order date changed to the last day of the month . it was 1st set to the 20th, than they set it to the 25th. but in all this time my request was for the end of the month as i get paid than.

2 months ago i was told it is rectified and will go off at the end of the month. last month i was debited on the 23rd of the month. i called in they said it has been changed and come month end of November it will be sorted out.

this month again i am debited on the 23rd of the month, the debit order again got rejected as my salary only went in yesterday meaning reflecting today, when i called them , they say on the system it shows the end of the month and they "don`t know " why it was debited on the 23rd i mean really ??? because i bank with FNB does that mean you can just dam well debit my account whenever you like??

i asked to speak to a manager as the agent cannot answer me, i`m placed on hold and then the phone is dropped in my ear..... this is the integrity of FNB when you cant answer just drop the phone.

i have been charged for the unpaid debit orders , and my account has been messed up every month because of FNB CONNECT cannot do a simple thing like change a debit date to the right day of the month . i want all these charges reversed and i also want extra allocations on both my accounts because of all my inconvenience i have went though with this process for the last few months.

and secondly i want my allocations for my SIM Cards to be allocated on my account today , i do not see why i must go and buy airtime and convert it to data when i have a debit order in place to cater for the payment so i can get my allocations on the 1st.

can i please get a competent manager who can handle this request and call me when its done so i do not have this issue going forward.

I am so disappointed with the service from FNB, i have had a consultant phone me and he did not know what he was talking about, i specifically asked for a manager to call me so we can have this sorted out, i was told by this stupid consultant, the manager is going to tell me the same thing, yet he couldn't even explain himself.
