Useless Service from FNB

Logged a ***** case 2 months ago. No feedback given. I have to continuously call in and wait on the line for 30min or more with no answer. We are told to follow on secure chat(Very unhelpful). Agents close chats before query is done. Two people escalated this apparently to ***** and advised I would get feedback in 48 working hours maximum. This was 2 weeks ago. FNB is absolutely useless, would not recommend them to anyone. Finally someone calls me and says there was feedback given, checked my email and nothing was provided!! Wow!!
