USELESS SERVICE FROM FNB

This is one useless bank to say the least. I have been trying to close a credit and cheque account for my late father in order to sort out the liquidation and distribution account to submit to the Master's Office and I have been shifted from pillar to post and no action has been taken. The idiot that assisted me first was far from helpful and she had merely disregarded me as a client of FNB. Besides being the executor to my father's estate, I have a few accounts with FNB as well as investments. The lack of competence at the branches I visited is really nothing to write home about. FNB Florida Road to be exact, actually forgot to assist me on a few occasions which is comical to say the least. Staff have made it clear that I am not welcome at FNB which is all well and good. I will be leaving as soon as I have tied up my father's estate. At this point, I doubt anyone is having a good time with FNB. And if they are, they probably sleeping with one of your employees.
