Useless service FNB

I have been trying my best to get ahold of your student loans department and have been transferred 5 times and then when I got to someone and asked them to please not transfer the call they drop the call!!!! Been on the line for 40minutes then!!! You guys are a disgrace of a bank!!! Cannot believe your Ceo allows this type of **** to happen in the business!!!
