Useless service

Wish I could give a 0 star. Ive been waiting 3 days for a personal loan. Money still doesnt reflect in my account and Im banking with FNB. I am phoning 3 days in a row without any clear answer on why the money hasnt been paid to me. Every day the same thing. You have to wait the money will reflect today. Im so fed up with this useless service. Fnb you are losing customers.
