Useless service as usual

FNB's terms and conditions are not clear when it comes to activating Priority Pass membership for international airport lounge access. When activating membership on the Priority Pass website instead of the eBucks Lifestyle site (never mentioned in T's&C's) and being charged for it, nobody at FNB (including "private banker") is willing to help to fix the matter.
