Useless service and false information from late estate service people

On the 28th February I went to the branch to submit relevant documents for late estate. The documents where only submitted on the 15th April. I was told they must verify the documents from home affairs and master courts on the 4th of May I received email that the documents were verified the only thing left was close the remaining account and issue certificate and verify the deceased account and the late estate account which money will be transferred to today it's more than two weeks and when calcuting how I personally submitted the documents on the 28th of February. The moment my documents were received by relevance department this should have been escalated as agent but it seems like FNB doesn't care once the person is deceased they no longer interested in that person's family. And given how I, my a loyal customer to FNB and banking with them the verifying process of account shouldn't take this long as when you call or go to the branch it takes few minutes j3to verify an account but now it's taken forever and worse part is I was advised that once the masters of court and home affairs responds the money will be transferred into my account
