Useless service

FNB Lapsed my funeral policy without notice while banking and getting paid through them. When a consultant called hoping it's to resolve the matter, they still asking me to reinstate the policy and told me they can't help with canceling the debicheck on my account. I want my money so I can also move to another bank.
