Hi there, I did a payshap payment to standard bank yesterday and it has not reflected yet. The previous advisor says it takes 12 hours to clear which is strange as I thought payshap is instant, but nothing cleared and it's not in my account anymore. The amount is 1000 done yesterday afternoon to Brandon . Previous advisor said I should check my history and I can obviously see it was sent successfully but the recipient did NOT get the money She confirmed that it was sent successfully so why has it not reflected? I apologize for being edgy I have been transferred all morning trying to sort this out
