Useless service

Can someone assist with the account status of my home loan as now it’s up to date but status is still on Litigation. I’ve tried to call and sent chat messages no one is able to assist on what is happening I only get told someone will assist you.WHO Casper ??? Im so sick of your disgusting attitude towards me and my situation. Kindly advise on the account so I can move forward with my life. I asked where to pay the credit card as well no one can assist me. Is there someone there that knows what’s happening then assist me.
