Useless Service!!

I called in today and I was querying my ebucks that I suppose to receive for July I told the consultant the adjustment is calculated incorrectly and she was keep on putting me on hold and I felt my call is costing me more then the ebucks and I asked the consultant to call me back and she said she is going to speak to her supervisor Leon and call me back, once again she did not keep to her word as usual with the consultants that works for ebucks. All I want them to do is rectify the mistake and calculate my ebucks on the correct reward level and do the adjustment is that so difficult for them to do this. As this have been an ongoing query and your'll cannot get something right. I must say this is *********** staff and management at its very best. All you have to do is calculate the reward level for July and transfer the difference into my card. I am really shocked and once this is done as I explained to the branch manageress I am doing a switch over to another bank that values their customers
