Useless service

Very poor service, i have an issie eegarding an revolving facility i took put. I went to a branch multiple times. They say i must wait. I talked on the app they say i must wait but every consultant give me diffrent turn around times as if they dont know their own job . i called them but they keep hanging up cause they dont know how to handle my issue. Now i ask you how bad are this bank?? What must i do to get assistance?? Must i stop paying my credit and must i leave them and refer everyone else to do so aswell? Or do they not care?
