Useless Service

I am currently under debt counseling - since last week 10 October - I have logged a complain and request that the lady of FNB who phoned me to plz phone me back and sort this **** out (which she didn't) she stated that I must not worry FNB do received payment every month on all my outstanding debt ect... I ASKED her to plz call this Daily Corp and plz provide feedback regarding thie debt collection agency - 11 + 14 October I received calls from this people requesting me for payment because FNB handed over my account to legal dept. I mean I am under debt review you do get money every month so how do does this happen that this people want to hand me over?
