Useless service

Tried to report ***** telephonically as well as via the secure chat without success! I have requested a call however Boitumelo kept making excuses not to call me and requested me to report the ***** telephonically or to unblock the card in order to report the *****. The point is someone is trying to use my card which I’ve temporarily block and your banker advised that I should unblock it how does that even make sense!!!! Can someone please contact me as a matter of urgency
